Transkripsie -- more features than any competitor
Otter.ai only supports four languages: English (US and UK), Japanese, Spanish, and French. There is zero Afrikaans support and no announced plans to add it. If your meetings include any Afrikaans, Otter simply cannot transcribe them.
Fathom supports transcripts in 38 languages, including Dutch and German, but Afrikaans is not one of them. Despite being closely related to Dutch, Afrikaans requires its own language model. Fathom has shown no indication of adding Afrikaans support.
